from TWGBS) and transcriptomes (RNA-seq) from various tissues
as obtained in the study (Delacher and Imbusch 2017, PMID:
28783152). Regulatory T cells (Treg cells) perform two distinct
functions: they maintain self-tolerance, and they support organ
homeostasis by differentiating into specialized tissue Treg
cells. The underlying dataset characterises the epigenetic and
transcriptomic modifications for specialized tissue Treg cells.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38045436721</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 12:31:21 GMT</pubDate><r:package>tissueTreg</r:package><r:version>1.33.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/tissueTreg</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>tissueTreg.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tissueTreg.html</r:filename><r:title>tissueTreg data package</r:title><r:created>2018-03-27 11:26:10</r:created><r:modified>2018-03-27 11:26:10</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
